Quality Control:
Quality Control Policy
Purpose: The purpose of Car Care Center Quality Control is to assure the performance of service procedures that:
- Satisfies the customer.
- Procedures are done at the price authorized
- Procedures are used that are recommended by the manufacturer.
Responsibilities: The Car Care Center assumes the responsibilities of providing:
- The facilities, parts, and applicable tools required by the technician.
- Current technical information, including manufacturer's recommended service procedures.
- Specialized training of service technicians as required.
Management: The management is responsible for maintaining our Quality Control Policy. We will:
- Supervise quality control inspection.
- Determine which jobs are to be inspected (all comebacks, major overhaul jobs, and safety related repairs).
- Oversee service work in progress to maintain quality standards.
- Assist service technicians with advise and counsel.
Regularly review the quality performance, the store, and of individual service technicians to identify and correct problems before they interfere with work quality.
